Geo Energy Group is one of the coal mining company in Indonesia. Our mining operation are in Sumatera and Kalimantan. Due to business growth, we are seeking professional and qualified candidate to join our team, and grow with us as:

IT HELP DESK & SUPPORT (CODE : IT)
(Jakarta & Samarinda)

Responsibilities:

• Give technical support to user/client (PC, notebook, hardware, printer, network, phone, cabling)
• Familiar with Active Directory and Domain Controller in Ms. Windows Server 2008 & Exchange
• Perform tasks related to component server and workstation (PC and Notebooks) installation, connection, configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting
• Establish system security measures and regularly audit security related actions performed by users in
• Familiar with Mikrotik
• Maintain antivirus configuration and updates
• Identify, diagnose, monitor and troubleshoot problems and factors affecting network performance and be able to keep downtime to a minimum
• Maintain e-mail environment, including messaging and groupware infrastructure, and overall strong knowledge of latest advancements in data communications
• Performs backup system and files
• Preferable having VoIP & telephony knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Male, Min D3 majoring in computer science
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Positive attitude towards changes, challenge and new ideas, result and team oriented, able to work under pressure and self-motivated.
• Having good reporting method
